Utrecht Tram Shooting; Cops arrest suspect after three killed

The Dutch Police arrested a Turkish suspect over the tram shooting in Utrecht city, that claimed 3 lives & injured many. The authorities are still investigating a terrorist motive behind the shooting, still, it's unclear. The gunman had links with the IS, so arrested but later released. Schools, office was shut down; security levels were raised & streets were patrolled. After the arrest, the threat levels went down.
