Today is the Anti-Child Labour Day and it is necessary to spread awareness about the ills of the child labor. A survey was released which revealed that in India, 33 million children between the age of 5-18 are child laborers. While specifically, Uttar Pradesh is a house of 6 lakh child laborers. It informed that 80% of the child labor in India is concentrated in rural areas of the country.
