In a bizarre incident, the Uttar Pradesh Police challaned a man for driving his four-wheeler without a helmet. The vehicle owner, Prashant Tiwari of Manna Gaon in Hamirpur district, received an e-challan on his mobile phone. Tiwari was fined Rs 500 for driving his four-wheeler, a Mahindra Bolero car, without a helmet on November 30 last year. The matter came to light after he received the challan in a message by the RTO.
