The Vishwa Hindu Parishad has strengthened its demand for setting up a permanent National Investigation Agency office and an Army camp in Karnataka's Mangaluru to counter anti-national activities. VHP activists staged a protest in Ullal where they held placards calling for setting up an NIA office in the region. This comes days after NIA arrested Ammar Abdul Rahman of Ullal in connection with the ISIS module case of Kerala.
