'Vote for Modi': Uttarakhand man's wedding card invite EC's notice

Jagdish Chandra Joshi got a special message printed on his son's wedding card, appeals to his guests not to bring gifts, instead vote in favour of Modi on Apr 11 before blessing the bride & groom that is on Apr 22. The EC issued a notice through ARO & summoned the person in 24 hours. Joshi apologised stating that the text material was given to him by his children & he does not have any inclination towards any political party.
