Want unlimited leaves? Australia could be your ideal destination

Australian employers are exploring the unlimited leaves scenario for their employees. There are more than 2.4 million Australians worked for more than a year without taking a leave. An Australian consultancy found that employees take leave when they need it and not to abuse it. Using leaves when the employee needs it, would help in boosting performance as the employee will feel a high level of engagement with the workplace.
