As of May 21, India has recorded a total of 1.13 lakh cases of COVID-19 of which more than 63,000 are active cases. The death toll stands at 3,435. According to the projections, the pandemic should end in Maharashtra by August 23 as per the SEIR model and by July 29 according to the hybrid model. In Tamil Nadu, the projected end date for the pandemic is August 11. In Delhi, the projected end date for the pandemic is August 15.
