Coins are not only flipped before a cricket match, Punjab Technical Education Minister Charanjit Singh Channi has flipped a coin on 12th February, to decide on the posting of a lecturer. There were thirty-seven lecturers being allotted and among them, there were two who asked for a posting in Bareta but it only had one vacancy and that is when the coin was tossed. Twitter has flooded with criticism against this.
