While India is slowly opening up after months-long lockdown in the wake of the novel coronavirus, several states with a high number of cases have extended the lockdown beyond June 30. Maharashtra, which has over 1.5 lakh cases, has extended the lockdown for another month till Jul 31. West Bengal also extended the lockdown till July 31 with the duration of the night curfew from 10 pm to 5 am. Haryana extended lockdown for 2 weeks.
