A survey conducted by HSBC Bank International Ltd. says that Mumbai ranks no. 1 in global rankings for expat salaries. Alien people moved to the infamous city have an average salary of $217,165 which is double the global expat average, that is, $99,903. Other Asian cities in the list are Shanghai, Jakarta and Hong Kong. Although Mumbai has been ranked low in expat job opportunities than US and UK.
