WHO to classify people with no sex partner as 'Disabled'

According to the reports, people don't have sex or do not have any sexual partners will be considered disabled by WHO. Until now, not having a sexual life was never considered as a parameter for disability. The new set of rules will soon be announced officially, and it will cover heterosexual and homosexual couples.
