In a proud moment for the country, Nikita Kaul Dhoundiyal, the wife of Major Vibhuti Shankar Dhoundiyal, who was martyred in the deadly terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama in 2018, joined the Indian Army Today. Army Commander Northern Command Lt Gen YK Joshi fixed the stars on Nikita's shoulders. Good wishes and congratulatory messages were poured in on Twitter after Nikita donned the Army uniform.
