French President Emmanuel Macron reacted sharply to the second beheading incident in the country by Islamic extremists. Emmanuel said France would stand firm against religious extremists and won't give up its values. The statement came after a knife-wielding man killed three people at a church in Nice. The accused, a Tunisian migrant, stabbed and beheaded 3 people in merely 30 minutes. Security in the country has been beefed up.
