An NGO has claimed that they have inaugurated a project in Rabindranath Tagore's Shantiniketan in West Bengal where people will get the cheapest drinking water in the world by paying just 50 paise per litre. The water in that area is highly affected by various chemicals and that is why Sulabh International has initiated the project there. In near future, 10,000 litres of drinking water will be produced by the plant.
