'Write sorry 500 times': Uttarakhand police's unique punishment to foreigners for violating lockdown

A total of 10 foreigners from different countries went to take bath in the river Ganga, violating the lockdown in Rishikesh. The group was caught taking a stroll in the Tapovan and not following social distancing. Hence, the Uttarakhand police officer Vinod Kumar said each of them was made to write 'Did not follow lockdown, I am sorry' 500 times as a punishment. The video of this incident has gone viral.
