Wrongly diagnosed as HIV positive, woman died of shock

A woman in Himachal Pradesh was wrongly diagnosed as an HIV positive, and the result has caused severe mental distress for her that ultimately caused her death. Himachal Pradesh chief minister Jai Ram Thakur has launched a probe to look into the matter, and after the probe is received, strict actions will be taken against the private clinic. The woman died at IGMC, Shimla, after going through mental shock and distress.
