Zimbabwe public doctors strike over lack of virus protection

Zimbabwe’s public hospital doctors are on a strike for what they claim a lack of proper protective gear as the coronavirus starts to spread in the country whose health sector has almost collapsed. Doctors had only returned to work in January following a four-month strike demanding better salaries along with improved working conditions. Zimbabwe has reported 3 cases of COVID-19 and recorded its first death this week.
