For illegal telephone exchange you will have to face the trial, SC to Dayanidhi Maran

On December 10 a charge sheet was filed by CBI against Maran brothers for illegal telephone exchange that was run from their home for Sun TV Network. He misused his power being a Telecom Minister. On Monday, SC said that Dayanidhi and his brother Kalanidhi Maran will have to face the trial. The apex court has declined a request filed by Maran against Madras High Court order keeping aside his discharge in the scam.
