10 years after 26/11, NSG audit found 20 states' armors below average

Weeks before the 10th anniversary of the tragic 26/11 terror attacks in Mumbai, Union Secretary Rajiv Gauba is planning to meet the DGPs and Home Secretaries to discuss about the counter terrorism capabilities of the states following a report by NSG. The Audit by NSG shows that more than 20 states including UP, Punjab and Bihar doesn't have the required level of capability to fight against terrorism.
