US threatened International Criminal Court with sanctions

The US has threatened the International criminal court with sanctions if the court prosecutes the Americans over the alleged detainee abuse case in Afghanistan. John Bolton, US National security adviser said that the US would protect its citizen and in his hard-hitting speech he also called the court “illegitimate”. He said US will not co-operate with the International crime court as it is already dead to the US.
