MP election in trouble as 323 IAS officers fail in the EC's exam

Madhya Pradesh assembly election is in trouble as 323 IAS officers out of 561 have failed in the exam set by Election Commission to find out whether the officers are fit to conduct the election procedure smoothly. Questions are coming up that whether these officers who don't know the basics of administration are at all capable of conducting the election fairly or not. Congress blamed it on the Vyapam Scam of MP.
