20k Aadhaar number leaked on Punjab govt site

While Supreme Court is currently in the process of determining whether the Aadhaar programme violates rights to privacy, a Punjab govt's website has published the Aadhaar no's of more than 20,000 people who applied for low-cost housing in Ludhiana. This isn't the 1st time a govt organization has committed such a breach of privacy. In April, more than a million Aadhaar no's were leaked by a Jharkhand govt website.
