A panel of 3 Scottish judges has ruled that the Boris Johnson government's decision to shut down UK parliament is unlawful. It is still not clear whether the ruling means suspension (prorogation) will be reversed. SNP MP Joanna Cherry QC who brought the action tweeted 'Huge thanks to all our supporters & our fantastic legal team who have achieved the historic ruling that prorogation is unlawful.'
