70 countries sign draft urging North Korea to give up nuclear program

A document drafted by France on Friday has been signed by 70 countries including the United States and South Korea, as well as nations in Asia, Latin America, Africa, and Europe urging North Korea to scrap its nuclear weapons, ballistic missiles and related programs that will affect the world peace. But Russia and China, supporters of Pyongyang, have not signed the document drafted by France.
