India's theft ranking 19th among the countries with usable nuclear weapons

India has improved its theft ranking by one position and is now on 19th rank among the countries with weapons-usable nuclear materials, according to a report. The report says that there is scope for improvement in India's on-site physical protection as it needs strengthening. Insider threat protection, transport and cybersecurity need to be reviewed too by international security review. Pakistan ranked 20th on the list.
