Village head wishes 'Bright Future' in the death certificate in UP

A bizarre incident in UP's Unnao district, a village head had issued a death certificate with a wish for an elderly person who died last month. It happened in the Sirwariya village where an elderly man Laxmi Shankar died after a prolonged illness. His son went to village head Babulal & requested him to issue a death certificate. However, Babulal not only issued a death certificate but also wished a bright future on the document.
