Russian Opposition leader and Vladimir Putin's staunch critic Alexei Navalny has released a recording of a phone call with an alleged state security operative who spilled the beans related to the politician's poisoning. Navalny posted a video on his YouTube channel Monday titled “I called my killer. He confessed." The opposition leader allegedly spoke with Konstantin Kudryavtsev, a trained chemical-weapons specialist.
