After Lok Sabha members demanded to know Farooq Abdullah was not present in the House during the debate on Article 370, Home minister Amit Shah informed that 'Farooq Abdullah has neither been detained nor arrested. He’s at his home,out of his own free will.' Reacting to his claim Farooq Abdullah said 'I am not allowed to come out of my House. DSP has been placed outside my house. We have been placed under House Arrest.'
