Anna Hazare wrote a letter to PM Modi expressing shock over the current incidents of rape and murders being committed against the women in the country. He warned the govt of undertaking maun-vrat from Dec 20 for Nirbhaya. Hazare has urged the PM to deliver speedy justice to the victim by carrying out the sentence handed out by the SC. If the govt doesn't speed up the action, then he will start an indefinite hunger strike.
