Army Denies Reports of Village Evacuation Along Sikkim Border

While India and China continue to reinforce their positions in Doklam militarily, the Indian Army has denied ordering the evacuation of villages in areas like Kuppup, Nathang and Zuluk near the border in Sikkim. On Thursday, a Chinese media house People's Daily tweeted that the Indian troops had ordered the evacuation of Nathang village which is around 35 km from the site of a standoff.
