Pakistan PM Imran Khan responded to the Assam's National Register of Citizens (NRC) list, published previously in the day, to target the Indian government, arguing that it had been part of the Narendra Modi-led "target Muslims" exemption. Khan also alleged that the NRC and Kashmir, stating that the Valley's "illegal annexation" has also been part of the anti-Muslim measures of the Indian government.
