Before elections, AAP gives good news to auto-drivers by approving hike in fare

At the right time before the Lok Sabha Elections 2019, AAP government in Delhi has given good news to nearly 90,000 auto-drivers by approving the hike of Rs 1.50 per km in auto fares. It also approved the proposal which states that now Rs 25 should be given for 1.5 kilometers instead of 2 kms. These approvals will come into effect after the Transport Department's notification, said the Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot.
