Biden a weak President, could start wars, says Chinese advisor

Even as Joe Biden is yet to enter the White House, China has started targeting him. Chinese government advisor Zheng Yongnian, has called Biden a very "weak President." "He is certainly a very weak President, if he can't sort out domestic issues, then he will do something on the diplomatic front, do something against China," Zheng said while further adding that a "Democratic President could start wars."
