UK MPs voted for a 'no-deal' Brexit but ruled out after an amendment by Spelman; passed by a close vote of 312-308. The House rejected UK leaving EU without withdrawal agreement. Later the MPs again voted passing it by 321-287. PM May urged them to back her Bexit deal with EU or face a long extension of Article 50. Britain will now leave EU only after securing a deal with Brussels, it still needs negotiation on Article 50.
