British Police Cadet faints during PM Boris Johnson's Speech; PM's reaction causes outrage

UK PM Boris Johnson dug on a Brexit-themed address even though a police cadet was about to faint after waiting for him on her feet for over an hour. Johnson turned around and asked if the trainee is alright after trainee showed signs of distress. Then again he turned & remarked 'that's a signal for me actively to wind up'. He then continued with his speech in spite of noticing the trainee slumping down.
