Can mediate on Kashmir issue if India, Pakistan agree: UNGA President

Volkan Bozkir, the United Nations General Assembly President, said that he can mediate on Kashmir issue if both India and Pakistan request to do so. Bozkir said while addressing a news conference along with Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi that the resolution of Kashmir issue was vital for sustainable peace in the region. India has maintained that Kashmir is a bilateral issue and will be solved bilaterally.
