Case against journalist for exposing roti-salt mid-day meal at Mirzapur school

A case has been registered against a journalist for exposing the fact that the children at a government school in Mirzapur, UP has only been fed salt and roti (handmade flatbread) as their mid-day meal. The earlier government said that a proper inquiry would be set up, but later the Block Education Officer registered a case against the journalist Pawan Jaiswal for maligning the image of the school and state govt.
