Center's plea rejected by SC on Rafale deal, leaked data to be used as proof

The Supreme Court has today rejected the Center's plea on privileged documents of the defense ministry. The court has said that the leaked documents of the Rafale Deal are considered to be valid and will be examined. CJI Ranjan Gogoi said that the date for next hearing to review petitions will be announced soon. The previous verdict on Rafale deal will be reviewed again by the court which the govt was trying to escape.
