Chattisgarh CM meets petroleum minister seeking permission for production of bio-ethanol from surplus paddy

Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel met Union petroleum, natural gas and steel minister Dharmendra Pradhan in New Delhi where he sought Union Government's permission for producing bio-ethanol from surplus paddy purchased by the farmers in the state. Apart from this, he also requested the union minister to increase the quota of kerosene oil for people living in the forest areas. Baghel also met Home Minister Amit Shah earlier.
