Chattisgarh CM paves way for setting up several major steel plants in Bastar

In a major boost for the Maoist-infested Bastar region in Chattisgarh, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has okayed the setting up of several major steel plants in the region. The CM made the announcement after meeting a delegation of Sarpanch Sangh from Dantewada that demanded the establishment of industries in the region. As per the state government officials, four to five major steel plants will be set up in the region.
