Parakala Prabhakar, a noted political economist and the husband of finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman suggests that BJP should embrace PV Narasimha Rao-Manmohan Singh economic architecture to steer the economy out of choppy waters. Mr. Prabhakar wrote in the Hindu article titled 'A lodestar to steer the economy'. When the FM was asked about the husband's article, the FM said we have done fundamental reforms from 2014 to 2019.
