China now wants US to reduce its Nuclear arsenal to China's level

Amid growing tensions with the US in the South China Sea, China has shown interest to participate in trilateral arms control negotiation with the U.S and Russia, given that US reduces its nuclear arsenal to China's level. Fu Cong, head of arms control department of Chinese foreign ministry, however, said China had no interest in joining the trilateral negotiation despite multiple invitations from US.
