China sent India satellite data about flood-hit region: Chinese ambassador

The Chinese ambassador has said that China has provided India with the satellite data of India's flood-hit regions to assist in the flood relief efforts. The satellite data was sent to ISRO, and they hope that the situation will improve soon, he added. India had requested China's support in accordance with the International Charter on Space and Major Disasters that China signed in 2007. China responded rapidly to that.
