Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on his visit to Norway warned the Oslo establishment against granting the Nobel Peace Prize to Hong Kong pro-democracy activists. This comes after the imposition of the controversial security law in erstwhile autonomous Hong Kong city by China. Oslo has previously granted the Nobel Peace Prize to China's human rights activist Liu Xiaobo and Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama.
