Robert O’Brien, the National Security Advisor of United States has said that hackers linked to the Communist Party of China have been targeting US election infrastructure ahead of the 2020 presidential election. He alleged that China was trying to interfere in the country's election. “There will be severe consequences for any country that attempts to interfere in our free and fair elections," O'Brien warned.
