CM Devendra Fadnavis yet to pay water bills worth Rs 7,44,981: RTI

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation was replying to an RTI in which it revealed that the residence of Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis’s 'Varsha' bungalow had been declared as a defaulter. In reply to the RTI filed by activist Shakeel Ahmed Shaikh, BMC said that the CM is yet to pay the water bills worth Rs 7,44,981. Talking about the total bill to be paid by several state ministers, BMC is waiting for Rs 45 lakh.
