Commerce Minister Suresh Prabhu to take charge of Aviation ministry

Suresh Prabhu, Union commerce and industry minister is going to take additional charge of the aviation ministry, starting from today. The government’s main focus in aviation is to complete the divestment process of Air India and its subsidiaries. The govt is also pursuing second airports in metros like Delhi and Mumbai. The news was announced on the Twitter page of the President of India.
