A complaint has been filed at Delhi's Kalkaji Police Station against Vincent Xavier, an Indian national who carried the Indian flag to the US Capitol protest, said the police. According to the police, Deepak K Singh, an advocate has filed a complaint against Vincent Xavier seeking action against him under Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act 1971, 124 A of the IPC and section 15 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act 1967.
