Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal made a controversial remark on people of Bihar coming to Delhi for free medical treatment. As a result, there is a criminal complaint lodged against him. The person who has complained is a social activist and he did it before the court chief judicial magistrate Prem Chandra Verma. Action has been taken against Kejriwal under various sections of the IPC and been charged with 153A for his comment.
