Death Penalty to the rapers of children under 12 years

A resolution has been passed by the Delhi assembly on Tuesday demanding the death penalty to those who rape children under 12. Apart from this, stalking has also been considered as a non-bailable offence now. The passing of this proposal is still under process as the Delhi Government has to draft a criminal law amendment Bill, get it cleared by the cabinet and then the assembly.
